"Very clean , brand new hotel "

"The room was lovely & well appointed. Front desk staff were courteous. Wait staff in the pub is not experienced as the usual diners are contractors who are working on site. They would start a new conversation with us while walking towards us, at a 10’ distance. Experience & confidence will help. Pool Contractors were loud and used foul language within all conversations, unaware of anyone else at the pub. Breakfast was not what I expected, as cheese ham omelette was processed cheese slice & sandwich ham. Fresh fruit was good, orange juice was not available. Outdoor pool is under construction (ergo contractors). And, it’s April in Canada. "

"Yes hot tub was perfect temp. Sauna awesome as well. Large workout area. Good showers and lockers. Parking plentiful"

"We really liked our stay here. It’s a pet-friendly, falls view hotel and staff are amazing! Jane was very kind and attentive. Room was clean. The reason why I’m giving 4 stars is because of limited breakfast variety. "

"Clean room with great sized balcony overlooking beautiful lake. Property is amazing and very well maintained. Restaurant breakfast was very good and even the public washrooms even the reception lobby were super clean. Highly recommend!"
