"Booked 4 nights at this hotel for a family vacation. Because we booked on Expedia I’m sure we were given the oldest and least accessible room. We had to haul our luggage up and down stairs as there was no other way of getting to our room. Then our room was on the side of the hotel and had a living area upstairs and the bedroom downstairs. More hauling luggage up and down stairs. Room was old and needed to be updated. Bed was lumpy. When asked about changing rooms front desk told us that was all they had and didn’t try very hard to help us. We will not stay here again. "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Casino was good size. We did do the Buffett and that’s the one thing I wouldn’t recommend. Very overpriced and the food wasn’t great. The pool was busy but nice. It would be nice if they had an adult hot tub separately from one with kids and floaties in it. The fitness room was clean and overlooking the pool area. Parking is a pain there just get the valet it’s easier! "

"Great location for visiting Toronto and an excellent property. The breakfast was great and there were plenty of options each morning. Staff was very friendly and welcoming and addressed all of our needs immediately. Definitely would come back to this property. "
