"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were excellent. But I do have one small issue and that is the ac or thermostat. It loud when it comes on during the evening. The pillows were a little uncomfortable. Other than that I will come back."

"Wow, just wow! What a wonderful and special place Windermere House is, located in a stunningly beautiful part of Canada. Our lake view balcony room was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable with a view that you could never ever tire of seeing. All the staff were extremely friendly and the service we received was exceptional.
