"Excellent hotel, staff, food, amenities"

"We stayed here for a day. We had a good stay overall but i felt some things can be improved - Pros - 1. Property is built nicely with a lot of activities. 2. Rooms have nice view and are spacious. 3. Parking is ample. 4. Service is quick Cons - 1. Lake water is not very clean, some efforts should be made to clean the water 2. There is little to almost no staff near rooms and activity areas 3. Checkin time is 4pm and some water acitivities end time is 4pm on weekends, so you have limited time...

"Two bed unit with kitchen is good as we travelled with another couple with an infant. Marriott hotels used to have complimentary coffee in the lobby. Not anymore and closest coffee shop (Tim’s or McD) is a 2k drive. Carpets in the elevator were filthy. Steam cleaning required. "

"Overall, our stay was good. The staff were pleasant and helpful where they could be. We enjoyed the amenities; in particular, the kayaking, sauna, and hot tub (when there weren't children in it!). Our room was clean, but it definitely could use a refresh. We had issues on our second day with the water in our room going out completely 3x (1x mid-shower!). We reported it each time and were only told that they were upgrading the system or that the hotel was full...neither was a very good...
