"Didn't know we had to request housekeeping services, so we had to callbdown and have towels brought.up. Requested a luggage cart. Waited 45 minutes and the girl told us we were on the list. Finally at the one hour mark we just took everything ourselves. Stop by the bell hop desk and they said they never got the request. Ugh."

"I stayed at The Tower Hotel during my second visit to Niagara Falls. I chose it because it is newer and offers incredible views for photography. Overall, I would rate it 7/10. The Falls-view room was stunning and is the main reason to stay here.
