Staff were very helpful, English wasn’t a problem. Just be prepared with strong arms to lug your suitcases up the stairs. 😊 The small room we chose worked well for us. Overall a great place to stay. The area is still being redeveloped and I would be excited to see the plans completed because it’s beautiful and will be an even more sought after location to stay in . Staff are so helpful and customer focussed. "
