"I stayed for 1 night. Checking in was easy, the rotating doors to enter were not working, so I had to use the side door. Obviously not a deal breaker, just an inconvenience. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The only issue was there was no bodywash left in the shower. I ended up just using the bar soap, but cleaning staff should definitely double check and refill if needed. Parking was a pain because I had to park 2 blocks down in a parking lot. "The shower was cold water, the sink did not drain, you heard the water running through the walls with every flush and the coffee in the morning was cold from the day before. Would not recommend."

"The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area giving directions. The breakfast menu was very good hot and cold foods plenty of fresh fruit they kept it well stocked, coffee 24/7 which I appreciated. Plenty of parking although we didn't know it first if you could park in the back all the way towards the vet. One of the staffers actually came out and walked us around and showed us as far the parking lot went, so we knew we can park over there. Great stay."

"During my previous stay at this establishment, I encountered no adverse remarks. Regrettably, upon check-in, rooms were unavailable, necessitating a prolonged wait for housekeeping to complete the room turnover process. Furthermore, there were remnants of food on the carpets. Regrettably, the hallways emitted a distinct and unpleasant odor. As previously mentioned, I have made multiple visits to this establishment while visiting friends and family, and I have not experienced this situation. I...

"The staff was exceptional but the food at the restaurant, specifically breakfast, was not great and overpriced. The water pressure in the bathroom of my room wasn't great. I had the flush the toilet multiple times and it took a long time for the water in the shower to get warm."

"They gave a breakfast voucher. I was supposed to get a room with a pullout couch, but they didn’t have that so they brought a roll out bed. The toilet at first was broken in my room, but the staff immediately came to fix it. I didn’t like that there was barely light in the room. My son really enjoyed the pool. Overall I would say the stay was a 3.8/5."

"Only one of the two elevators were operational. The remodeling work in lobby was incomplete. They charged a fee to park in the large lot. A RV was parked and occupied in the lot with the generator running. They promised to email my receipt at check out and then never received. "
