"The lobby is beautiful and the conference room looks nice. I didn't need to use it but appears well set up. They have a nice bar and patio area. There is a walking path around the pond in back. The room was very nice and comfortable. I've been to a few hotels where the lobby looks great but the rooms are rough but not here. This will probably be our go to hotel nest time we visit Kansas city. "

"Super cool property, close to the arch. Lobby very well kept, staff super friendly and accommodating. Only opportunities were that the food times seemed like a few for all (who doesnt love free food) parking was a challenge. Understood because of the age of the building and small space under the building for the lot, but the spaces were extra small and hotel tenants didn't do much to park mindfully. And lastly the elevators were quite slow and often jam packed. Most issues just a victim of the age of the building. Overall really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. "
