"Walking distance to the Mall of America. IHOP and TG Fridays connected to the hotel. Nice options for breakfast. I did reserve a 2 queen beds suite wheelchair accessible room. When we got to our room, there was only 1 queen bed. My husband had to move a table so I could get in our room. The bedroom area was kind of cramped. I had to park my wheelchair at the foot of the bed during the night. The bathroom was very accessible. It had a nice roll in shower "

"The check in experience was absolutely horrible to say the least. I've never had to wait for over an hour and a half to check in to a room before in my life because the room "was not ready". We asked for early check in which is between 2-4pm and asked to be on the same floor. Our entire group arrived before 4 pm and we all had to wait for our rooms and couldn't be guaranteed a room until 8pm!!! None of us were even on the same floor in the new Buffalo Tower.
