Staff was courteous and friendly. But the room was a bit shoddy, missing baseboards on the walls, and there were scratches and gouges on the wall next to the bed.

We were very impressed with how clean the room was and the bedding was a fresh crispy white and very comfortable. Thanks for the nice stay. The gentleman at the front desk was kind to help me in with my small overnight bag as the parking lot had snow and I use a cane.

Extended Stay America Suites - Minneapolis - Airport - Mendota Heights
They need to plow the snow that is in their lot. Especially near the handicap parking and front sidewalk. As an older person, trying to walk on a snow pile does not work! Much less for a handicap person!! Don't be cheap and pay someone to plow your parking lot out! This is the 2nd time I've stayed ...
