"WILL NOT BE BACK! SERVICE DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED! We rented 3 cabins total. It says sleeps up to 8. But when you check in they tell you that you can only have 6 people and then they charge am additional $50/ per day plus $50 resort fee. So it was an additional $200 AFTER we already paid for our 3 night stay. I felt that was very misleading. They said that's between me and Expedia since I didn't book directly through them. On the second night they also charged me $120 for having a trained task...

"Unfortunately, we were pretty disappointed with our stay this weekend. The rooms were clean, but the walls were so thin we could hear entire conversations in the room next to us, and doors slamming throughout the night actually shook our room. Dinner was also disappointing. My food was extremely overcooked and I barely ate it. Our server agreed there was an issue and offered to take a portion off the bill. Then, while we were paying, he said, “I would’ve taken the whole thing off,” and kind of...

"The staff was incredible. It was noticeable how stretched they were to provide the services. They did not comment on it, it was just a vibe, which is currently common for shift workers. Amenities were not as advertised: pool has not been open since January 2026 (at least this is the date we heard). Also, promised free parking, yet had to renegotiate for it. Restaurant is excellent. Don’t go looking for better food in the mall, because you won’t find it there."
