"Bad service "

"The young lady working the front desk was super nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, when I checked into my room, there was a few items left behind by the housekeeping staff. I know they recently went under a rebrand from Saunder so the marketing is a little bit confusing. I only stayed for one night so I did not utilize any amenities. It is essentially located and easy to walk to different music venues like Ford Field and Saint Andrews Hall."

"I didn't know about there changes that even if you get a room that sleeps for 6 ro 8 people you still have to pay for each guest 20.00 after 2 guest. I have a family of 5 got my surprise when I went to check in that I hade to pay extra extra 60 and parking for each day . We stayed for 2 days good thing we had extra money. Took away from doing bowling and other things . I guess it doesn't matter you pay extra for the space you still need to pay more."

"The size of the room was very large. There was plenty of space for the three of us including counter and seating (besides the bed). The location of the room was perfect- it was close, but not too close to the elevator; it was close to the ice machine and had a great view of the Detroit River. "Staff is always helpful, friendly, and attentive. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I did not get a chance to eat in the restaurant but sometimes they have extra pastries from the breakfast for sale at the desk later and they were delicious!"

"We were welcomed with warm greetings from polite staff. Rooms was clean and comfortable. Had a partial view of the pool and GT Bay. Perfect location for a beautiful sunset too! "

"Great location, staff was kind and the hotel itself is beautiful! No The only downside is that the inside rooms are right off of the courtyard/rooftop, so when I checked in I asked to be moved on a higher floor to avoid people standing right outside my window."
