"The hotel is nice and breakfast is good. Staff is friendly. Water pressure can be stronger. Overall it was a nice experience. However, the housekeeping lady didn’t pick up the dirty towels and put them all in the corner of the bathtub. No one noticed that there was no shower gel."

"Location and property is great, clean, bit small but good heating, toiletries, freeze, basic kitchen stuff(no toaster), calm area with swimming pool, local grocery needs, beach (not sand or rock so not suitable for small kids) within complex. Also Table tennis tables(didn’t know). They have shuttle from Sorrento (Grand Hotel) takes Euro 2 per person per trip (keep cash) 10 mins drive or take EAV bus from main station drop you in front of village gate. "This is not a great location if you want to go out and walk around. I stayed with my wife and 3 kids, it was far from the city center and we had trouble getting taxi back to hotel. Also some of their rooms are like a dungeon with no window and they moved us to another room that was very nice, had a giant Jacuzzi tub in middle of room, so I could just imagine what this room has seen. It was clean and served purpose. "

"We all had bunkers- it was like having a slumber party and was kind of unique and fun. The best thing about this place is the location next to metro and all the meeting places for excursions. Just a few minutes to walk there. It was awesome this place had laundry and gym. Would recommend if you are just doing excursions from Naples. Not a location that is lively to roam streets though."

"Amazing views over the coast of Sorrento. Room was a bit dated but always very clean. Food options of an evening were limited so best to use the free bus to Sorrento, especially as a taxi cost us £50 ONE WAY!! Staff were all friendly and helpful. Season only officially stars 1st April so pool and shuttle not available before that. Nice breakfast selection."
