Everyone at the hotel from reception to make-up room service & breakfast section were polite & nice. Love the pool & the afternoon complimentary chocolate section!😋Special thanks to the assistant manager who let us view the room before we confirmed our stay & also helped us get a ride to the airport quickly when we waited too long for a cab. I couldn’t recall her name but she’s pretty & look like Korean. Toiletries provided were good to use too! I had a great, comfortable stay!

Great folks manning the front desk. Nice clean, comfortable, spacious bedroom and bathroom. Great gym facilities. Location a little out of town but easily accessible by tram. Nothing much in the immediate vicinity.
