"Our flight was delayed 14 hours, so we managed to get a booking here, Juan was amazing and gave us an early check in so we could drop our bags and go out for the day in Santiago, location is handy to plenty of shops and not too far of a walk to San Cristobal. We also ended up having dinner before we went back to the airport, and the food was amazing. Should we find ourselves back in Santiago we will be sure to stay here again. Thanks Juan."

"they clean the room every day. They cleaned the bathroom. It’s great. Staff is nice. Breakfast is good. Would be nice if they mix it up instead of having exactly the same things every day. No gym. Not a lot of seating space in the lobby as you wait for the flight after a checkout."

"The hotel is very well located, Las Condes is a beautiful and convenient neighborhood. The staff is friendly, though not exceptionally so. As for the hotel itself, it feels like it has seen better days. The luxury here is somewhat dated and hasn't been well maintained over the years, it's a has-been property, which makes the pricing hard to justify given what you actually get. "Lovely boutique hotel in a great neighborhood! Our room was spotless, we had a bottle of sparkling white as a welcome, breakfast was fresh and delish. The atmosphere of the Castillo Rojo is just charming! Happy hour every day on the patio...just wonderful! The staff could not have been any better! We LOVED our stay at the Castillo Rojo and loved our stay in Santiago!"
