I am absolutely satisfied with everything about the hotel. Appreciate how the team has committed in upkeeping the room and facility, cleanliness and fittings are tip top, hot shower and heater are functioning perfectly. Front office manager Mr. Beril is so kind and considerate, sending us extra portable heaters when told that I have low cold tolerance. Moreover, thank you for the upgrading too. I had great and comfortable stays and because of Novotel, my London trip was still such a pleasant one...
