"Nous avons trouvé portes closes lorsque nous nous sommes présentés à 19h à l’hôtel Villas Las Delfines à Holbox. Nous nous sommes donc retrouvés sans hébergement nous et nos enfants (7 et 9 ans), sans support (pas de réponse Expédia à 19h heure México / 2h Paris) et avons donc eu droit à de bonnes heures de stress et de galère. "Stayed for 4 night end of May. Property is beautiful and grounds maintained daily. Staff were all helpful and pleasant and the breakfast included fresh fruit along with choice off eggs your style and bacon. Location was great for sunsets and also walking into town for dinners. "

"pas d'eau chaude et pas du tout de pression d'eau.Pas de couvert de toilette,plateau de nourriture au sol.Ne nous on pas donné la bonne chambre pour laquelle nous avions payé.Endroit isolé, très loin de la plage,alors que c'était inscrit à 1km.Nous avons préféré aller coucher ailleurs .La direction est mesquine envers nous"
