"Not the cleanest, floor wasn’t cleaned in room before we arrived. Bin in kitchen was dirty Bedding changed twice during 7 night stay No microwave or oven in kitchenette only a dirty kettle and hob which I didn’t use 1 washing machine and 1 tumble dryer located on site Breakfast nice Spacious rooms Comfortable bed Pools nice"

"Unser Zimmer war groß und sauber. Wir hatten Preferred Club, sodass der Zimmerservice mehrmals täglich kam um die Minibar neu zu befüllen oder das Bett für die Nacht herzurichten. Außerdem hatten wir eine Lounge zur Verfügung, wo man sich beim kleinen Hunger tagsüber etwas holen konnte. Poollandschaft und Wellnessbereich sind sehr schön und großzügig. Das Buffet war gut, hätte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können. Manche Bereiche des Hotels sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das stört aber...

"How this is rated 5 star, I will never know. Rooms are average, food is sub prime. The worst are the staff who are really not friendly and so begrudging to have to help you out."

"Had a perfect week's stay. All the staff were so friendly, helpful, and made us feel incredibly welcome. Breakfast was fantastic - we loved the pancakes, fresh fruit, and eggs. "top Essen, nettes Personal, persönlich und umkompliziert"

"I had never heard of this brand/group before but decided to stay with them as they had so many properties on Gran Canaria. The hotel was fantastic, like staying in a small town rather than just one building. The staff were some of the best I’ve come across and the breakfast buffet was top notch. I’ll definitely stay with this group again in the future. The area is 10 mins taxi from playa del ingles and there is a bus stop nearby that connects you to the airport."

"Hôtel très bien placé à playa blanca. Gros bémol sur l insonorisation des chambres. Beaucoup de bruit dans les couloirs. On entend même les voisins parler dans la chambre voisine ! Restaurant hyper bruyant également. Le Spa est très bien 20 euros pour une heure trente"

"Have stayed there twice before but this time the room was situated in a very bad block of the hotel. No sun no view massive tree in front of the window. Could not change as it was full so they said. We requested the area we would have like to stay they said they never received it !! Really twice! Very disappointed considering we were there twice before."
