Bin in kitchen was dirty Bedding changed twice during 7 night stay No microwave or oven in kitchenette only a dirty kettle and hob which I didn’t use 1 washing machine and 1 tumble dryer located on site Breakfast nice Spacious rooms Comfortable bed Pools nice"

"Notre séjour a été au delà de nos attentes. Dès notre arrivée, avant même la remise des clés, nous avons été accueillis avec égard (une serviette pour nous nettoyer les mains, un rafraîchissement). "This was a great property! The staff is really friendly and really helped us out. Especially after I had left some valuable stuff in the room when we were rushing out trying to catch our flight. I called when we got back to Madrid and the staff couldn't have been more helpful in locating our missing items and coordinating their return to us. Would definitely recommend staying at this resort. It is really centrally located in Mogan."

"Excellent hotel with so many amenities. The view alone makes the stay worthwhile however the hotel also includes so many activities especially for families. There’s a large pool, a baby pool, and a heated jacuzzi for adults. There’s a bar, restaurant and store on sight. Perfectly located to downtown shopping and restaurant. Highly recommend this place."

"Had a perfect week's stay. All the staff were so friendly, helpful, and made us feel incredibly welcome. Breakfast was fantastic - we loved the pancakes, fresh fruit, and eggs. The pools are beautiful and as the main lazy river winds around the beautifully planted grounds there's always somewhere fairly private and quiet to lay out.
