We had a lovely relaxing 8 days. Nothing was too much trouble for staff. Meliá hotels are excellent. We paid extra for The Reserve and it was definitely worth it. The Reserve breakfast and lunch buffet was ideal. The pool was fabulous with Bali beds and lots of loungers. Maivelys was incredible serving drinks, fruit and ice cream. She definitely deserves a special mention and is a true asset to the Paradisus.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff

Beautiful hotel excellent service everywhere. It's great for adults and families although some families used the adult only area for sunbathing which is a small area anyway. Hope they will address this so adults can have peace ! You don't feel crowded anywhere else .

Man trifft den Zustand des Hotels genau so wie bei Homepage angezeigt. Alle Räume sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Angebot an Aktivitäten wie Sport und Workshop ist ganz toll.

Overall the hotel exceeded our expectations. The decor of the hotel was bright and airy. The food choice was excellent at all meals times and the all inclusive package provided just what we wanted. The staff to a person were friendly helpful and welcoming

Absolutely fantastic stay. Couldnt have asked for more. All the food options were amazing and staff were friendly throughout. Lovely area and nice to be able to walk out on to the promenade and walk along the beachfront.

Paradisus Gran Canaria

We stayed for one week at Paradisus Gran Canaria. It was a beautiful and well maintained hotel. The food was good, but having to request your meal to be cooked by the chef each night, did seem to produce a bit of a "bottleneck " at times. Overall we had a great week.

Wellness-Athmosphäre, die schon in der grosszügigen Hotel-Lobby mit angenehmem Duft beginnt. Rezeption, Raumpflege, Restaurant, Gärtner, Poolpflege, Observatorium, überall trifft man freundliche und ehrlich motivierte Menschen, die den Gast glücklich sehen möchten. Das Essen, ein purer Genuss, ob Buffet oder in einem der drei a-la-carte-Restaurants. Ich habe mich wie im Paradies gefühlt und werde nächstes Jahr wieder kommen, wenn Zeit und Geld es erlauben.
