Check out at 12 was really good to as lets you enjoy your stay :) also reception were super helpful on the phone in bedroom, had a hair dryer that wasn't working and replaced it with in 30 mins. And let us leave our bags when we checked out for free :)"

"Lovely hotel but you can hear everything from other rooms, also the bed that you adjust was very uncomfortable as it’s getting folded all the time which can’t be good for any kind of mattress which is a shame."

"The only problem we had was that our room wasn’t cleaned until after 4 pm one day & not cleaned at all another day. Had to call for clean towels etc. our glasses & mugs were never replaced."

"We upgraded to a super king room, but felt that it was not worth it, and feel if that was an upgraded room, then i dread to see what a normal room would have looked like also there was an outside pipe which ran very heavily down the roof due to the bad weather."
