"Staff at front desk was very welcoming. We got there early and they accommodated us right away. The room was very spacious and beautiful. The breakfast was great and staff was very helpful cleaning and making sure tables were clean. It was a wonderful experience overall!!"

"Ac doesn’t work in rooms, bath products aren’t properly refilled. And when asking for more you need to bring the bottles down to get the exchange. Carpet in room need to be changed since the ac unit leaks water. Couldn’t even get the room we originally booked online. This hotel is going down hill. Manager doesn’t call back, ignores Expedia’s emails, ignores voice mails."

"I have been at different Towneplace suites but this one was pretty disgusting. The outside looks like you are entering a palace but the inside oh boy. I almost return the room. Look at the pictures. The curtain rod in the bath tub all rusted as well as the drainer. Carpet was wet, wet, wet, I almost fell in the ceramic floor kitchen, the iron table cloth too short. Nobody is paying attention to this hotel. The elevator at the bottom all ripped"

"Stayed 8/3-8/5 2026. Property was very clean and organized. All staff were friendly and seemed in good moods. The breakfast was a standout for me because there were fresh blueberries and strawberries to go along with the yogurt and granola. That's unusual and appreciated! The grab-and-go food was also well-stocked with great variety. It is in a very busy area but far enough off the main avenue so you don't hear any traffic, even facing that direction. Would recommend."

"The price was very fair for the condition of the property and location of the property. The front desk staff was very pleasant and was sincere in trying to make the stay comfortable. Unfortunately, the hotel is in very poor condition, and the rooms are not clean. There seems to be families or people living at the hotel long term. Again, the price I paid was under $100 and guess you get what you paid for. If you are on a budget and need to just a place to rest for one night this would be ok. It's...
