"My family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids, 6 and 9) had the best time at this resort. Our 2 room condo was so spacious and looked recently redone. The staff was so nice everywhere we went. The map makes the resort look huge but everything is in a walkable distance that isnt bad at all. We didnt have enough towels in our room the first night and they quickly fixed that for us. The pool area was so much fun for our kids with plenty of seating. It is nice to have the little market by the lobby too...

"We loved the pool, kitchen in the room with good utensils and large closet. Comfortable beds, great linen and nice decor. What could be improved is the washing and drying machine service - it’s a cash system that also requires you to buy laundry detergent. For one wash that’s inefficient and I’d much prefer a card tap payment option so I don’t have to withdraw money at the machine which as a foreigner charges a large transaction fee. "Todo estuvo bastante bien, pero me hicieron perder mi poco tiempo con una orientación, firmé un documento y no pensé q fuera obligatorio y cuando llamé para cancelar la orientación me cobraban 50 dólares . Tube de tomarla y me tomo toda la mañana"

"La bañera no drenaba casi. Tenia cabello de personas anteriores y los pisos de la habitación un poco sucio. Por lo demás el desayuno estaba bien. Las toallas y sábanas limpias. Lo mejor es el acceso a todas las piscinas de las instalaciones y para los niños es perfecto"

"Booked here for two nights. Our first hotel room was clean and was fine, but the shower was clogging and wouldn’t drain. So we went downstairs and changed rooms. No issues there at all. Then the second room had roaches and smelled really weird. We ended up leaving. They offered a different room, we declined. We no longer felt comfortable staying here. If we saw only two roaches, how many more could there be? Staff was kind and helpful just the roach issue was the worst."
