6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness
The room was clean, which was a plus. However, it was quite noisy, both from the hallway and from the air conditioner, which was very loud and made it difficult to relax and sleep. The food was not very tasty. Overall, the cleanliness was good, but the noise and food quality could be improved.

4/10 Poor

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Walked in the room, live German cockroach on the wall. I killed it before the wife saw. Everything was in rough shape though. The painting was melting off the wall, the paint everywhere was spotty, the edges of all the furniture was worn, the "desk" was too high to use practically, and the nearby outside door lock didn't work with my card. But the bed was fine, sheets were clean, and staff was pleasant!
