"Upon arrival, we were promptly greeted with a cool towel and a glass of champagne (and a smoothie for the kids). Every staff member we encountered, from check in, to bartenders, to wait staff, to the cleaning crew, were kind, welcoming, helpful and made us feel very comfortable. We had the Jr premium suite and it was well worth it! We could walk right out of our room to the family pool with water slides. We were a close walk to the restaurants, and the other main pool.
