"Expedia booking showed free breakfast and reception desk agreed. However, I was later told I had to pay for breakfasts. I was given mouldy towels and linen. When housekeeping changed them, reception told me I had to pay for cleaning of mouldy towels and linen."

The Hotel have made it possible for me to get a refund on my non-refundable booking. Thank you so much I am so grateful. I will definitely be booking with you when we can travel to beautiful Bali.
