"The room provided everything we needed... not anything extra. Clean room, clean bathroom. The coffee maker was slow but adequate. The need was comfortable. Towels are pretty thin but adequate. Lots of room in the paint lot."

"The Belltown Inn is very easy to get to via the Light Rail from the airport. The staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms are very clean . Hotel is in a great location, nearby restaurants and waterfront. Breakfast is not included. However, Biscuit Bit#$$h right next door, is very yummy and fun. Cruise Terminal shuttle is very convenient. Only downfall is all the homeless in the area. But, not the Inn's fault. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Breakfast was great. Laurence is very helpful and polite all the time. However, Isaac from the front desk is the complete opposite as Isaac looks like he does not like his job. He gets irritated when things is getting busy, he looks irritated and starts to become rude with guests with the way he communicates and by being rude in answering questions. I think he should not be suited to be in the front desks dealing with guests. Thanks for taking action in retraining Isaac to improve his guest...
