Owner sangat membantu & memahami. Tempat cantik, cuma agak jauh di kawasan pedalaman estet kelapa sawit dan jalan tanah merah berturap. Tak disarankan untuk kenderaan rendah. Tapi owner membantu dalam memberi pilihan untuk saya tukar tempat penginapan ke kawasan pekan. Kalau nak vibe camping atau nature, penginapan ini sesuai. Tempat lebih privacy.

I think this is the best hotel in Kuantan. It has all the amenities and facilities needed for an enjoyable stay, with 2 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts, and right next to the beach, it really gives a resort feeling not too far of a drive from KL. But just a note for improvement, being a hotel that is on the beach and with pools, you should provide drying rack in each room. We had no place to hang our swimwear to dry, and used towels need to be changed right after usage, means twice daily just...

It's all about a very good night sleep in a cosy and super comfortable bed and in a very clean room. Hotel still very new and most of all good housekeeping. Hats off for the management and staff. Met all my expectations.

Amenities are absolutely satisfying, the staffs, the cleanliness and location. It was easy to get around because the hotel is located nearby CapitaMall and Berjaya Megamall. Would love to stay at Rocana again if I get the chance to travel to Kuantan in the future. Recommended for temporary stay and if you're not planning on spending the whole day at the hotel (especially for those attending weddings).
