"My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at Princess Senses. We stayed on the adults only side of the resort. Beautiful location. It's a solid 1 hr plus from the airport in Montego Bay. While the bus ride on the way there is a little bit of an adventure in itself we were greeted and taken care of immediately upon arrival. "Wish I could have flown in to Ian Fleming. So it wasn’t such a drive to get to the resort. People there drive like lunatics. Staff are helpful, but when checking in they’re trying to sell you a membership. So be prepared for some high pressure sales. The view is wonderful but when snorkeling you get to see lots of trash in the water. The resort could use some updating. "The staff was amazing everyone we spoke to except the nurse and yasaunna were incredible. They were warm friendly helpful and just overall incredible. Barrington, Javier, kierah, chef Marcus, Chef Anthony, and Suttoni, were wonderful but yasaunna is horrible especially for her to be a big customer service supervisor she knows nothing about customer service. Also, the chairs in the dining room buffet are stressful they take away from the dining experience."
