"A sign from the main road to direct you to the hotel would be helpful. My original room was not 100% clean. They switched us to another room with no issues. There is no room serve option at rhis resort, which was inconvenient for us as we wanted to sleep in and relax the morning of our anniversary. It's hard to make reservations at any of the à la carte restaurants. We were able to make a reservation at the steakhouse. The food was okay. There was a massive food selection in the main dining...

"Had an amazing time at this resort . From the time i walked in , hospitality was 10/10. Despite the hurricane in 2025 you can’t tell that it was any damage done to this resort . Rooms were cleaned - daily house keeping / fridge kept stocked and room was very spacious. As a solo traveler you will feel 100 % safe at this resort . Many restaurants- with first come first serve to eat from night ( this was a plus). Resort had adequate security at all times . Will definitely return in the future ....

"The property was beautiful and clean, the staff was friendly and courteous. They were pretty quick to handle any situations such as a faulty AC. The food was very fresh and delicious . The only problem was the bartenders had a very light pour. Most drinks were definitely less than one ounce of liquor, even if you ordered a double. All in all a great stay otherwise."
