"Overall stay was great as a returning guest I was upgraded to a nicer room in the Privileged section . Lots of dining options and how can I forget the bowling alley even all I did was watch. Property is extremely clean staff are pleasant and I look forward to going back later in the year with my granddaughter "

I gave an average rating for the hotel just because it was under a lot of construction, but it was very beautiful and the staff I feel could’ve been nicer and smiled more. Sometimes I would catch people rolling their eyes and just being very dry, but when we went on tours the staff on the tours and excursions were amazing very friendly very nice. I do have to say,...

"Ate at Mobay buffet several times while on vacation. I must compliment the chef down to the waiters and waitresses. On some of those occasions we were served by Odain and Shante and couldn’t have had any better service. Wonderful dining experiences. I stayed at Lady Hamilton room 2721 and cannot complain about the cleaning she did in my room. Satisfied the whole experience was amazing. Can’t wait to come back again. Thank you for a great vacation!"

"We really like our stay. The kids were busy with the daily games and the inflatable in the ocean is awesome to have. We adults like the games as well and especially the foam parties. The drinks were good, some bar keepers aren’t friendly. We also liked the food. Best restaurant was the itialian restaurant.the resort is very clean and well taken care of. The beach is very long and the ocean is nice. Best thing was the jerk chicken shed at the beach. Nice to eat their local food and it is so...
