"I stayed at El Greco in February of 2020 hotel was booked through Expedia.com location was great I was able to move around locally my biggest problem is El Greco still did not refund my Deposit that I should have receive at the end of my stay providing there was no issues regarding the property . El Greco please do the right thing send my refund."

"I recently stayed at the Terra Nova All Suite Hotel Jamaica in Kingston, and had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers a unique blend of classic elegance and modern comfort, with beautifully decorated suites that are spacious, clean, and comfortable maintained areas, however this time my AC was broken I call 3 times before getting it fixed and then 3 days after it went out again. This was disappointing but the hotel is where I’ve always stayed once in Jamaica.

"This was my first time and not sure if I will be back.
The rooms are not sound proof at all. It seems like the other guest were in my room.
The security guards allowed my driver to enter the gated property once only during my 3 day stay. We made complaints and nothing was done about it. Instead of lifting the gate to allow my taxi driver in, we had to get out each time and walk around in order to enter the hotel.
Also, I ordered a simple bread less burger......and a chicken dinner for...

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay.
