"Resort is somewhat dated. À la carte restaurants were good but the buffet was poor. There is a long history of people routinely becoming ill here for whatever reason. I believe that it was norovirus when we were there."

"We have stayed at this hotel many times over the past 15 years. We have always enjoyed our stay. There are several amazing staff members - yet over the years, we have seen that the overall experience is inconsistent and dependent upon who you are interacting with. The Studio Suite which costs more than a standard room was not equipped as pictured. We needed to request a dresser to store our clothing. There was a coffee maker but no coffee provided. And hot water for the shower was scarce....
