Cari Hotel di Istanbul

"Everything about this hotel is fantastic. Especially the concierge team who gave us the best experience with their information on where to go and how to get there and just their professional, friendly service. Special thanks to concierge team. Breakfast was a wonderful experience with a great variety and choice of food to suit all tastes. We will revisit this hotel again in the near future and will recommend to everyone thinking of visiting Istanbul. My only concern with this hotel is the...

"Just a few missing details such as burned out lightbulbs in the beautiful, but somewhat dated lobby and lights in the elevator which would turn off upon entry and back on after selecting a floor. Staff was mostly friendly and helpful, but have had more congenial receptions at other hotels. While supper was pretty tasty, the breakfast buffet was not very enjoyable."

"amazing hotel but the staff at rooftop was really rude, and kept asking if we were staying here and refused us entry. the staff always questioned if we were actually staying here"

"フロントのスタッフが横柄で感じが悪い。聞くまでまともに施設の設備(ジム・プール等)の説明なし。 滞在を楽しみにしていましたが、残念な気持ちで過ごしました。"

"Beautiful oasis in Old Town Istanbul! Front desk staff was very helpful. Housekeeping staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Property is well maintained. Our room was exceptionally beautiful- truly felt like we were staying in a palace!"

"Rooms are very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Istanbul! The location was fantastic and made it so easy to explore the city. Our room was spacious, beautifully presented and exceptionally clean, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade at check-in. The entire team was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble, and their warm hospitality really made a difference. A beautiful property in a great location, with spacious rooms,...

"Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room upon arrival had no drapery across the sliding door that looked directly into the bedroom and we needed to chase the staff a couple of times to get it fixed. all else was great and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast !"

"Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Nichts auszusetzen."

"I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was attentive and polite. I had the deluxe Turkish bath at the on site hammam and it was amazing. The massage therapist treated me like a queen. Both nights I had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed the food. The breakfast buffet had what seemed like an unlimited selection of breads, cheeses, fruits. There was also hot foods that were different both days. I will definitely return the next time I visit Istanbul."

"Good hotel but the bathroom is not properly cleaned. Moldy wall and bath tub. "

"Ok"

"The rooms were spotless, the breakfast was very good with a wide variety to choose from but the icing on the cake was the wellness centre. All in all a beautiful hotel"
