"Welcoming staff, Room was very comfortable and housekeeping was excellent room made up to a high standard every day of stay.
Breakfast was very good ate in restaurant 2 nights of stay food was really nice.
Excellent location on seafront near electric tram and steam railway
To sum up we all have enjoyed our stay at the Empress hotel"

"Went here for the TT. Overall this is a pure bed and breakfast however the accommodation was a bit cumbersome. Fitting two people plus suitcases into the room we were given was really congested.
Great staff, very accommodating and friendly."

"The hotel is very dated, not very clean and not maintained very well. Stayed there because it was a Best Western, but it wasn't of the same quality of a Best Western Hotel. The elevators were reliable, front desk not very friendly. Glad I was able to store my luggage prior to checking in to another hotel nearby for the TT races."

"staff friendly room clean and serviced every day
only problem kitchen extract exhaust finished by the window which although was locked shut did not seal
It came on at 6am and room smelt of breakfast and later on until around midnight it smelt of malaysian food for that reason I would not stay there again"

"I have just enjoyed a short stay at Kittiwake House. The apartment was exactly as described, with helpful information available about everything we needed. Well equipped little kitchen and a very comfortable two bedrooms. Beautiful views over Port Erin bay as we booked a sea view apartment. Clean and well kept, with a friendly welcome from the owner and manager and support and help if needed for any reason. I will return and very much enjoyed my stay. Thank you! "

"Just checked out from a six-night stay here. LOVED my room - a business room with a sea view. I normally don’t get too hung up on sea views but this one was special. Spent a lot of room time sitting in my little alcove with its big bay windows, staring out to sea and the Tower of Refuge, contemplating the tides.
Perfectly located. Great for walking along the beautiful promenade and shopping along the Strand. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.
The staff were wonderful and super helpful....
