Stayed for four nights at the Empress, overall a nice hotel. We had a sea view room which was clean and serviced everyday with clean towels. Breakfast was included in room price and we were able get as much as we wanted. Ate in the Piano bar every night decent menu at reasonable prices, able to look out at the sea while eating. Only issue would be the parking, I was able to park on the promenade close by, but it would be an issue in the high season I think.

Rooms not sound proof. Can hear next room when they shower. Property tired looking, needs updating. Room set up not functional- Tv on side of the bed , dressing table away from mirror . Room very small, not comfortable

Brilliant location along the promenade and close to the city centre. The hotel has very warm and friendly staff that make one very welcome upon check-in and throughout ones stay . It's a great location to base oneself while on the Isle of Man .
