"Friendly atmosphere with good amenities. Rooms are clean and refrigerators are well stocked. Amazing food options and great place for family with kids. They almost got trapped us in Infinity Luxury Travel Club. They offered me some free tour site for free and have me deposit $20 to show up for a breakfast at light house without explaining me how long and what that’s for. I did some research and found it is almost like a scam in the name luxury travel club with hefty fees. "

"Enjoyed our family’s stay at the Grand. We also visited the other two properties (Nizuc and Sunrise). The Grand is by far the nicest and I’m glad we picked it. I originally chose it because of the water park and the kids activities, but my kids (10 and 12) didn’t really spend much time at the water park. The grounds were much more beautiful and spread out than the other two properties, with multiple smaller pools that each had different vibes, which was nice for relaxation vs one big party pool....

"We have been to this resort many times and love it. While they have great food, clean rooms, and beautiful grounds, the thing that stands out the most is the service. As soon as we got there, Fernando granted us and took us to check in. He is a person and is so very welcoming. Then at the club tower, Emmanuel and the rest of the staff are wonderful.
