"We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our vacation. The hotel was always very clean, and it was clear that the staff worked hard throughout the day to keep everything spotless and running smoothly. We constantly saw team members cleaning, monitoring the facilities, and making sure guests were having a great experience. The buffet food was good, with plenty of options for everyone, even though some dishes were repeated throughout the week. We especially enjoyed the pools, daily activities, and the evening shows. The highlight of our trip was definitely the RIU Party Neon Night, which was so much fun for the whole family. Our three kids also had an amazing time on the water slides. Overall, the atmosphere was welcoming, fun, and family-friendly. We did not experience any problems during our stay and would gladly return in the future."

"We had a wonderful stay at RIU Palace Costa Mujeres. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff was consistently friendly and attentive. One experience that really stood out occurred during breakfast when some cash accidentally fell out of my pocket. To my surprise, it was quickly found and returned by a staff member. Moments like this say a lot about the honesty and professionalism of the people working at the resort. The food was good with plenty of healthy options, fresh juices, and excellent desserts. We especially appreciated the 24-hour lounge in the main building, where guests can enjoy sandwiches, salads, coffee, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages at any time of day or night. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a huge bed and a sofa bed for our daughter. Our two older sons were accommodated in the neighboring room, which made our family stay very convenient. We also enjoyed a beautiful garden view. Another great benefit was the complimentary airport transportation, which saved us approximately $150 in transfer costs. The hotel helped make our daughter’s birthday special by decorating our room and delivering a dessert. We celebrated at the Italian restaurant ROMA, where the service was excellent. Special thanks to Arsenio, the restaurant manager, for helping make the occasion memorable. Areas for improvement: more table tennis tables and newer paddles, additional foosball tables, a billiards area, and faster drink service around the pool during pe"

"Food is amazing, make sure you reserve hibachi. Seems like the property is not crowded where ever you go. Top notch service and people. Beach is amazing, no seaweed at all. We will be back because of the people and food."

"Amazing resort, we wouldn’t change anything except that they need Coca-Cola, they only have Pepsi LOL. The lazy river was so much fun, but bring a floatie, or you have to pay $25-$35 USD at their store. They only have a few available to use and this is their off season. I had lobster often at La Cristina, big tails. Staff would bend over backwards to help and Oscar makes the best drinks! We were sad to leave. Massages are WAY overpriced but each morning a lady walks around offering 1/2 price deals, definitely wait for her or it’s over $300USD for 50 min massage and over $400 for couples massage. Would totally stay there again!"
