"The fitness room was in disrepair. The 2 elliptical were unsteady and unsafe. The AC wasn't working. I had to get maintenance to fix parts of the universal so I could use it. And just on the side, it was really inconvenient to have the coffee maker out near the front desk a whole room's distance from where the breakfast was placed."

"The place was moderately clean, but the advertised breakfast was very poor. What looked like apple juice smelled like it had fermented or something, and that was the only other drink option aside from coffee. Not even any water! "The room stunk as soon as we walked in. The toilet did not work. I had to fix it myself … they lied about the pool being opened and then come nighttime when I called down to see if I can get a couple pillows for the kids. They brought me up one. It was just the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone."
