"Breakfast is not free. You must pay for breakfast. We chose this hotel for the amenities for the kids during a soccer tournament weekend. The fire pit did not work. Breakfast was not included. The walls are so thin. We could hear the videos on the cell phone in the room next to us. And that is not an exaggeration. I would never stay here again because the walls are so thin. We were awake at 6 AM because our neighbors alarm went off at 6 AM and they got up and got ready and we’re using their cell phones. You hear everything. If you go through the reviews, you can see that lots of people talk about health in the walls are. The room is clean. That’s the only positive, but the bed is facing away from the television and the pullout couch I’ve never seen one this small. The pullout couch is a single so only my nine-year-old son could fit on the pullout couch."

"The hotel is historically beautiful. The room was very clean. The refrigerator didn’t work and the bed was comfortable. The staff didn’t seem very welcoming or willing to provide very much information about surrounding information. It wasn’t a poor experience however it didn’t leave an impression to want to return. "

"We stayed here one night on are way to Gatlinburg . From the moment we walked in we were welcomed by a very friendly desk clerk who made the whole process of checking in easy. The Hotel it self is very clean and are room was too. The breakfast in the morning has a good variety with the best cinnamon rolls . Would definitely recommend staying here "
