The only issue had during our 3-night stay was that our key cards stopped working on two separate occasions, forcing us to go up and down the stairs multiple times to get it resolved. "Other than paper thin walls and hearing every sound our neighboring room, the hotel was great. Friendly staff, spacious room, comfortable bed, and good breakfast. The area is safe and not loud (even though its right by the toll road). Lots of places to eat nearby. "
"The two guys who were on duty at the front desk when we checked in were wonderful. They were welcoming and helpful. Both had a sense of humor which made the experience even more pleasant.
Later, when we left for the evening, they both stepped outside with us to guide us with directions to our destination.
