"Great location for our stay, but the "double" beds seemed even tinier than doubles, the bathrooms are old and could use a refresh- drainage in the shower was an issue, and they wouldn't refresh the room in the middle of a 4 day stay- just dropped off new sheets and towels. Lobby is nice, and the restaurant was never open the weekdays of our stay. I really wanted to love this hotel as it has a lot of history for me, but it came up a bit short."

Las áreas comunes estaban bien cuidadas y agradables, pero la habitación desde que entras tiene un olor a pies, la alfombra se ve que no se ha lavado en mucho tiempo. No te hacen ni la limpieza básica, cambio de toallas o si quiera llevar papel de baño (del cual solo te dan un rollo para 4 personas) a menos que tú bajes a pedirlo. The formerly very friendly and helpful staff has been replaced by disinterested and rude employees who have zero interest in putting any effort or attention to helping their guests. Not to mention, the quality and cleanliness of the hotel and rooms are not worth the price. AVOID"

"We had a wonderful suite; the staff was very accommodating and friendly - from check in through to the doormen who were very helpful with directions, etc. when we exited the hotel for our daily adventures. Great menu in the dining room (breakfast and afternoon snacks) - and friendly bar. HIGHLY RECOMMEND."
