The breakfast met expectations, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed at two different locations of this hotel chain in Chicago, and both maintained a consistent standard of quality and service. Overall, it was a pleasant experience."

"We booked a night at the Sonesta Simply Suites for the night and checked-in around 9:30pm. Check in went smoothly, but we immediately noticed that the hotel hallways and elevator were filthy on our way to our room. Upon entering the room assigned we noticed an odd smell. "The room is neat and comfy!! We had a perfect night rest from the tiring long day travel. The pool is little bit cold but can’t say anything about the cleanliness and helpful staff. The corridor smells so good, the room designs was family-friendly. Will definitely come back again..10/10"

"バランスが取れたリーズナブルなホテルだと思います。歩いて行ける距離にスーパー、レストラン、ファーストフード店も複数あるため、飲食に困ることもありませんでした。 朝食は毎日変わらず同じもので、パンケーキを作る機械もよくエラー出ていましたが、おばちゃんが良い人で気持ちよく朝食が食べられました。 アメニティはほぼ無く、無料の水も部屋にないのは残念でした。(無料なのは朝食だけだよと受付の方に言われました。)"
