"I don’t recall the gentleman’s name at the check in guess however, he was so very friendly and helpful. He made it feel like this was our apartment and we were at home. He had glasses! This place did have a lift thankfully so we didn’t have to lug up many flights of stairs. The listing and apartment aligned so what you pay is what you get! Easy to walk to bus and metro. Location was a little sketchy at night sometimes but lovely overall."

J’avais demandé une chambre calme côté jardin car j’étais très fatiguée après mon voyage – malheureusement, un mariage avait justement lieu dans le jardin, avec des préparatifs tout l’après-midi, puis la discothèque de l’hôtel avec de la musique toute la nuit, audible même au 4ᵉ étage. "Exceptional attention to detail on all levels, especially staff. Location is outstanding. If I were to offer a suggestion it would be to better sound proof the rooms if possible. Otherwise would happily return to this property. Thank you for a great stay."

"Great hotel with kids. Shuttle bus to Disney so convenient. Suite was large but sloped roof, sparce and carpet could do with being updated. Breakfast was all you needed before spending the day at Disney."
