"The kitchen was very sparse - no way to cook food other than in the microwave. There is no staff there to answer questions or let you in if your code doesn't work (had to call the 24/7 help line). Make sure you know what you're getting yourself into before booking."

"This was by far my favorite hotel in Iceland. They have an amazing spa with outdoor hot tubs and saunas that look out to the ocean. The staff was amazing. The restaurant was amazing 13 out of 10 no notes on this hotel. I stayed in seven hotels in Iceland, and this was by far my favorite."

"Decor of the room is sleek, new design, no aircond, need to open up window for cold air to come in. The problems are in between walls no soundproof. I could hear my upstairs running jumping after 11pm. My next wall tv noise, other side wall talkg. At 1am +, i was awaken by noises chasing northern lights outside my windows."
