"Very cute hotel in a very cute town! The young girl at the front desk was extremely helpful and offered a Northern Lights wake up call along with helpful hints about town. Great beds & a super shower. Probably the best breakfast we have had on our trip so far."

"Location was perfect and room comfortable. Loved that our room had a short deck which opens out towards the front of property, overlooking a breathtaking view. Only feedback in kind is, reception could have been friendlier. It totally set a morose energy to an already morose winter evening. Perhaps she had a long day and was tired 🙃"

"I booked a twin room, but I was allocated a “Tiny Single” room not much bigger than a cupboard (about 9 sq m including the shower room) with one single bed. This hotel doesn’t sell their “Tiny Single” rooms on Expedia - all rooms sold through Expedia are double or twin rooms - even the “Economy” rooms have a queen bed. "The Centrum Hotel is very nice, clean and within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is very expensive so we walked to a nearby cafe. They gave us a complimentary beer at the bar. The only downfall is the room we booked for three adults included a sofa bed and once we opened that up there was no room to walk. It is a nice room though."

"Spacious rooms with clean facilities and cute but also informational art about icelandic culture. This location offered many on-sight amenities like tea kettles, microwaves, dishes, silverware, towels, and a common area. Really great stay for those needing or wanting to stay in between husavik and akureyri. Staff was extremely helpful as well when we were running late for our check in, all we had to do was message them and let them know we were running late and they sent us access instructions....

"We had a good stay here. The kitchen was a fully-equipped industrial kitchen with a very efficient dishwasher and lots of utensils, as well of heaps of space to sit in the common area. There was also free coffee and tea. Plenty of bathrooms were provided and they were clean and comfortable. The staff were also friendly to us. The pods were comfortable and there was a lot of room to store your belongings, as well as more room on shelves outside (less safe, but that wasn't an issue for us). The...

"The room was quite modern and comfortable and the hot tub was a lovely added bonus with the beautiful views from the balcony. However, we were unable to find the reception as indicated in emails. We wanted extra towels but had no way to contact as we did not have the ability to phone with our cellulars. It would have been nice to have been able to speak with someone in person at some point during our stay."
