"This hotel was in the perfect location for us to explore the area. Great room with a balcony that overlooked water in the distance. Great bathroom and comfortable bed. We would stay here again. The only disadvantage is that there was not a parking garage so we had to drop our rental car earlier."

"Overall it's good for a night or two at best. Upon check-in I noticed a broken towel hook, a couple stains on the couch, a child's toy and lots of dirt under the couch, and there was no trashcan. I let the virtual front desk know about the towel hook and requested a trashcan both through text and a phone call. They said they would make a note of the hook and have someone bring a trashcan. "Très bien situé à 15 minutes de Reykjavik et des routes principales. Gentillesse du personnel. Grand stationnement. Excellent petit déjeuner. Chambre propre. Petit point négatif: l’eau de notre douche se répandait à l’extérieur de la douche. Nous avons dû mettre une serviette par terre pour la retenir."

"I only have one recommendation for the hotel. In the lobby, change the ringtone at reception. It is the default tone that immediately breaks the vacation mentality and brings one back to the normal grind of every day life"

"Decor of the room is sleek, new design, no aircond, need to open up window for cold air to come in. The problems are in between walls no soundproof. I could hear my upstairs running jumping after 11pm. My next wall tv noise, other side wall talkg. At 1am +, i was awaken by noises chasing northern lights outside my windows."
