"The room was clean and comfortable, but it was quite noisy, especially on our last day. The very young girls who are the cleaning crew, were sitting right outside our door chatting, laughing and playing on their phones waiting for us to check out even though we had more than an hour till checkout time. We found it to be quite unprofessional.
The breakfast service was mediocre the first day but much better the second.
It's a nice place to get away from the city center, but not as quiet as I had...

"Lunch was wildly expensive but breakfast was good. It would have been helpful to know we were on the 3rd floor no elevators and tiny circular stairs. For those with some mobility challenges it’s a hike!"

"Staff are excellent throughout, breakfast was excellent however the acvommodation in general is run down and in need of decorating and repair. If only the owners put tbe same effort into the business as their staff do!
I shall not be staying there again."

"Windows not clean or shut so cold through the night
Breakfast not great
Room cost not worth it
Bar closed early on a Saturday night
But play area good for young children
Evening meal in. The bar was nice though"

"Everything is excellent!
The room is beautifully equipped, with superbly comfortable bed, brilliant shower, decent size bath and good Wi-fi.
All staff in the pub were friendly and served us with good humour at breakfast, lunch or dinner. Food was brilliant (we ate there every night).
Location was just what we were after, small village with no shops, but easy driving distance from larger centres. Plenty of walking trails nearby.
Highly recommended."
