"I always stay at the James Cook when I come to Wellington. It’s constantly good. The location is fantastic and staff very helpful. The buffet breakfast is excellent too, as is the room service food. I can’t fault this hotel."

"The picture at the top of this survey is not the correct motel. There is no reception, the motel across the street is used. No-one was there, and it took 25 minutes to get the key. The room was very cold, as there was a huge gap between the door and the walls. The fridge froze our food solid. The stove controls did not work. There was no electric kettle/jug to boil water."
