"We stayed here for the location - wanted to see more of the west end Seems to have restaurants and a lot going on No usb in the room - seems a bit old school The rooms are nice and bright Shower is decent but sink makes it look older "

"It is an old building, so keep that in mind. When you use the shower it is hard to keep the water contained to the bath so I think there may be a little water damage or mold in floor boards from that. But other than that it is a beautiful location, quiet area for the city, helpful staff, and large, LARGE spacious rooms. Overall a good stay but I think there was mold or just dust because my allergies kicked in really bad in this room."

"I cant believe you have to pay to use the Spa facilties at a Spa Hotel NOT STATED ON HOTELS.COM Also no kettle in room, cracked floor tiles in bathroom (Junior Suite as well) and having work done the work men started at 7:50 REALLY NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL"
