10/10 Excellent

"Nice hotel with friendly staff. Food at the restaurant was tasty & reasonably priced given the location. It’s about a 5 minute walk outside to the airport. For those wanting to go into Glasgow there is an express bus located you can pickup from the airport with brings you near Glasgow Central Train station. It was approximately 15 pounds round trip, but it saves so much time & hassle - over what Google Maps shows."

"Overpriced basic room. Paid £200 per night for deluxe room, got a small room with just a double bed, tiny bathroom. Hot water took 10mins to come through. Not even a bottle of water in the room. Only 2 lifts for big hotel and 1 was faulty and doors wouldn’t open. Took staff 24hrs to put lift out of order, and then we had to use stairs as too many guests. Staff on reception have no interest in complaints, I guess they are used to it, didn’t even ask how my stay was when I checked out- don’t care. Lovely ladies working in breakfast room was the only consolation. Great location, tired and disappointing hotel, won’t be staying here again and I’m not even fussy. Highly not recommended."

"My stay was short and sweet. Arrived late afternoon and left before 05:00. There were a lot of people leaving then. So I would suggest that you start breakfast at 04:00 so that most of us can take advantage of the free breakfast included in the stay. Only other thing was there is no heat in the main floor rooms. There is AC but no way to warm up the room. I found it cold. The food was great the evening before as was the staff. This would be my first choice to stay near the airport again."

"If you want basic, clean, accommodation, with very little by the way of "sizzle" then this place is for you. The staff were pleasant enough but certainly did not enhance our stay with great service. There is no lift to the second floor so travel very light ."

"There were very few guests and for whatever reason some of us were staying on the 3rd floor - 80 steps up. The winding last flight had an incomplete hand rail. Aged 78, I found the ascent with my luggage tiring. There was no bedside lamp, and the room was a bit cold. The extra blanket was needed. The hotel reminded me of the rented flats that I stayed in when I worked in Glasgow in the early 70’s. Shabby, but adequate. £120 per night was too much for that room on the 3rd floor. I would not stay there again. The staff were helpful and breakfast was fine."
