Cari Hotel di Gloucestershire

"Great location, very poor pull out sofa bed kept coming apart whilst sleeping on it. Noisy boiler throughout the night so not a great sleep. If you want a base at a cheaper expense then you won’t be disappointed, but don’t expect to much."

"The hotel is beautiful, lovely places to have drinks and eat, the garden were beautiful in the morning and it was pleasant to sit outside on an autumn morning... most staff very helpful and willing. Areas requiring improvement: it was a busy evening and the main restaurant was booked out, then again at breakfast it was full, we got informed we could sit in the connecting library (which didn't have proper tables for eating) or the atrium so twice on our stay we didn't get to eat in the main...

"(Lake view room) Excellent hotel in a beautiful area. The rooms have everything you could need, they are clean and are very well maintained. Friendly staff in the hotel and in the surrounding restaurants. Highly recommend the Gateway Cafe for brunch."

"The cottage was very cosy and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was so comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean."

"Clean room and polite staff. The spa was sup"

"We really enjoyed our brief stay.Such charming staff. My only question would be,please keep fresh milk in the room fridge, for tea in the morning. We would like to come back to stay in one of the thank4 bed lodges, overlooking the lake, next time."

"Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. The spa was nice."

"Lovely Hotel"

"Lovely room, great food and service brilliant!"

"Beautiful hotel, excellent breakfast. Would have given five stars if there had not have been an issue where I was charged £56 parking for my one night stay, I questioned my bill to be told it’s a parking charge. I then asked how long do I get to stay, another lady said the charge was £17 and I was getting a refund. I was refunded the money with no apology just a mumbling about commission!"

"ALL GOOD GREAT STAFF."

"Great atmosphere"

"Good enough but not worth the rate. There best room which they use for bridal suite has a stepping ledge onto the terrace that is unstable and there was a smell in the room. They did give us a diffuser but it was still there. The heated towel rail didn’t work. However, other rooms might be great and the views are absolutely stunning."

"Like central location dislike parking a short walk lucky the weather was good"

"Check-in quick and easy Plenty of activities and shows Food quality and service excellent"
