Cosy hour, (from 5-6 the lobby is full with people chatting and having a free drink) as a single traveller, was wonderful as I chatted to other people on their own. Lots of space to just chill and so relaxing. This hotel is amazing, I loved it. "

"Séjour en famille pendant 4 jours dans cet Hôtel. Tout était absolument parfait !!! De l’accueil au confort et à la propreté des chambres, en passant par le petit déjeuner incroyable : très varié, des oeufs, de la charcuterie, des graines germées, des gaufres, grand choix de pain, du hareng, de très bonnes confitures, des crudités, des fruits frais etc. Très bonne situation géographique de l’hôtel, tout le centre se fait à pied. Très bonne insonorisation. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !"

"An excellent location and an easy walk to many of the city centre sites. The area is safe, clean and considering how close you are in a busy neighborhood, very quiet. Very suitable for business travellers. Rooms are quite small but effective. "

"The front desk team are lovely. The breakfast is interesting - everything is cold.. We popped the 'please make up my room' sign on twice during our visit and it was just ignored however when we didnt put up the sign we came back to a clean room. Depending on what you order dinner can be really good. We had 2 lovely servers. A 20 min walk towards the Tivoli, shopping and tour activities. "

"My room was small but efficient. Might be tight for two people. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The room was very soundproofed. They serve a good breakfast on the 10th floor. Great view of the city up there. The hotel is a good location for exploring the centre of the city. "

"The reception staff by the name of Lewis was outright RUDE. I explained that I’m a hotels.com Gold ViP member and would like to enquire on late check-out options. He said there is no such thing. Only free beverage. I tried showing him my bookings but he was really very rude and brushed me off! Such excellent customer service experience from a 4-star hotel!"
